Kindle My Blog

Post image for Kindle My Blog

I thought I’d try out Amazon’s new and really cool service.  That is, the ability to add your personal blog to Kindle.  Yes, there is now a Kindle edition of this blog.  I’m sure I’ll be retiring tomorrow from all the subscriptions!

If you can afford a Kindle I’m sure the $.99/month won’t kill you.  Reading this blog might, but that’s free!

Check it out here: Here I Blog (Kindle Edition) You even get a free 14 day trial.

If  I only had a Kindle…

You have inspired me. “Your blog will be available on the Kindle Store in 48-72 hours”

Hey, why not? Now, I just have to work out how much to charge for “inspirational commission”.

I suppose there are lesser things of which to inspire people. Now if I can just get a Kindle somehow!

Did you let God know you want a Kindle?

Not exactly. I thought about asking Santa for one this year, but that’s as fruitful as not praying for something.

eBooks scare me. I worry that I will loose access to them and my money will be wasted. With cheap storage and multitude of online backup solutions, I suppose my fears are unfounded. Possibly Amazon remembers your purchases and allows re-downloads?

What would be cool is if all the SBCVoices blogs were aggregated into a single feed and that feed was published as a single Kindle subscription…

Yeah, that would be cool. How much would that cost?
