A Few Christmas Gift Ideas

I wanted to throw out a few Christmas gift ideas.

Like comedy? From Christians even? Here are two with different styles. A friend of mine known as Mylo Hatzenbuhler, The Original Rock and Roll Farmboy, offers a very unique style of musical comedy. A wonderful singer when serious, yet ready to entertain you!

A different, yet more common comedic approach can be found with Tim Hawkins.

Both funny guys. Both Christians. Check them out:

  • Mylo’s Store for CD’s, gear and booking info.
  • Hawkins at Tunafish Comedy for CD’s, DVD’s and gear.

For various merchandise and gifts. Friend and fellow blogger Carla has a variety of family friendly apparel and gifts at her Reflections store. Pay attention to the top of the page and you may find some familiar names Carla has designed for.

For the theologian. Many people are familiar with Dr. James White and his apologetic prowess in formal debate and in writing. However, not as many know about his geeky theology ties that have Biblical Greek and Hebrew imprinted on them. Check them out!

Reclaiming the Mind Ministries has several items from theological coasters, John Rylands Papyrus to The Theology Program which offers “Online and Onsite Theological Discipleship Curriculum.”

  • *Reclaiming the Mind store.
  • Theology Program and Apologetics program together are 66% off. Enter code “christmas”. (I don’t know how long this sale is.)
  • Check out their Ministries Toolbar for download too.

Books? Several sites to find good books.

For the blogger or website designer. I rebuilt this site using the Thesis theme on the wordpress platform. See the linked post for more info. Thesis is a great theme with excellent support whether a newbie or veteran.

Everything else? Your favorite local or online shopping place! Or:

  • *Amazon.com to – find the perfect gift – as they say.

Please feel free to chime in with your own (last minute) ideas. No, buying gifts is not the reason for the season, but if you’re going to there are some ideas.

For my family, as for many I suspect, it will not be a big Christmas in regards to gifts. We will be taking care of our daughter though and just enjoying the family God has blessed us with which includes our church family.

So thankful for Jesus,
