Jesus Christ: Not First Priority

When Christians are asked about the importance of Jesus Christ in their lives they may say he occupies first place in their lives. He is the first priority. I understand this thought process, but I think it is short-sighted. When we speak of priorities in life we often think of order of importance. For example, the first thing many Christians do when they wake-up is have a prayer and devotion time. This time is the first priority of the day.
